We offer re-spooled Kodak Motion Picture film in ready to shoot 35mm film rolls. These are bulk loaded in the USA by us and are not X-RAY’d or CT Scanned like most of the film from overseas. We are photographers and filmmakers with decades of industry experience in both film and digital production and photography. All sample shots are at box speed (listed ISO) and all shot on a Leica MP 35mm with 35mm Summilux Lens, processed as normal, scanned with a Plustek Opticfilm 135i and imported into Adobe Lightroom Classic, processed with Negative Lab Pro with neutral settings.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AHU / C-41 VS ECN-2?

AHU / C-41 Film is able to be processed by any film lab and does not have a Remjet Carbon layer. ECN-2 Film has a Remjet carbon layer (common with most motion picture film) ECN-2 film isn’t accepted by as many film labs but is fairly easy to process yourself.

Is this genuine kodak motion picture film?

We only use Kodak Vision 3 and Verita motion picture film which has been properly stored in a freezer.
Where is your film bulk loaded / re-spooled?

We source, load and ship our film in New England. Why is that important? Buying film overseas is a bit of a gamble as it will most likely get X-Ray’d or CT Scanned which can ruin your film even before you shoot it.
